If your child has not yet celebrated their first birthday, the "Baby's First Year" plan is perfect for you. For adults and children the "priority care" plan is designed to support you through a health transformation. The "healing momentum" plan helps you stay plugged in and on track after primary goals are met.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PLAN IS BEST?
Membership plans are based on an annual commitment to your health goals. You have the option of paying in full when you enroll in your membership, or taking advantage of the payment plans listed above. There are no refunds, but we always work to honor our portion of the agreement.
What if I want to cancel?
Yes, each membership plan is designed to provide care for one person. In case-by-case situations, a healing momentum plan may be shared among family members. Consult with your provider to determine whether you're a candidate. We love getting to know entire families!
Does each PERSON need their own membership?
No problem! As a member you get access to our best rates for any additional appointments that become necessary for your family throughout the year. And, as a member, you receive priority scheduling which means we make room even when the schedule is full.
